Product Specifications
- Fully Welded Frame Construction: In order to ensure the highest quality product possible, all of our frames are fully-welded, with sealed ends, mitered joints, and welds that are grounded smooth. This provides added strength and rust protection.
- Fabric: Our stationary awnings utilize awning/marine grade Sunbrella®-brand fabric that uses 100% solution-dyed acrylic. This fabric comes in over 100 colors. You can either get a solid-colored awning or a striped one, depending on your preferences.
- Frame: Our stationary awnings use frames made from high-grade carbon steel since this is the best material for bending, welding, and powder-coating. Each frame will be powder-coated with one of 25 available designer colors to get something that suits your needs.
- Mounting Hardware: We use 300 series stainless steel mounting hardware to ensure that you get a solid, long-lasting product.
- Valances: Our valances are designed to help you get extra solar protection. Each valance can be shaped in one of 14 different patterns and trimmed with a braid in one of 18 different colors, allowing you to get something that you’ll love.
- Thread: We use high-quality SolarFix PTFE TEFLON thread, which is three times more durable than bonded polyester, to ensure that you get a product that will last for years.
